Individual Counseling:

The individual counseling relationship provides clients with a safe, confidential and nurturing environment to work through obstacles that are present in all of our lives. Individual counseling is effective in over-coming emotional distress, building interpersonal skills, working through past hurts or trauma and just moving through the phases of life that have us feeling stagnate or overwhelmed.

Marital Counseling:

Marital and Pre-Marital counseling is provided to couples who desire growth in their relationship prior to marriage or in their long-term commitment. Daphne will work with couples to focus on values, boundaries, communication, intimacy, congruence, and individual healing that would be helpful to the relationship.

Relationship/Family Counseling:

Relationship counseling is an extremely useful tool in assisting individuals in improving their role in many different relationships. Relationship counseling can be any system that you are a part of, parent/child, siblings, partners, couples, spouses, families and even friendships. Relationships are crucial to our emotional and mental health, so honoring those relationships and working to make them better will always serve us well.

Coaching:

Daphne provides Life Coaching in the areas of Personal Growth, Career and Professional Growth, Relationship Enhancement, Communication Improvement, Emotional Integrity and Self-Expression. Life coaching is about assisting and motivating you in harnessing your abilities, beliefs and dreams to participate in goal-oriented behaviors that can improve all aspects of your life. Coaching should not be considered counseling and is administered and facilitated much differently than the counseling relationship.

Equine Assisted Counseling:

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Counseling is an incredibly powerful modality that assists individuals, couples and families in working through struggles with communication, boundaries, trauma recovery, emotional management, volatile interactions and a myriad of other symptomatology of individuals and relationships. The horses work as "co-therapists" with me to delve into the honest emotional expression of participants.
